Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of our services and digital/educational products: Document Packages & Digital Products: Once purchased and delivered (including downloads, templates, or customized documents), these items are non-refundable. Consultations & Coaching: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. Fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments may not be refunded. Memberships or Subscriptions: Any ongoing subscription or membership services must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems accessing purchased products, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
